  1. Keep a copy of the paper work that UW uses to send the report to the Library & Archives Canada and include the corresponding date on the first page of the submitted report.
  2. Email to all co-authors a soft copy of the corresponding document.
  3. Follow-up with the person in charge at UW to get a copy of the actual receipt after it arrives from the Library & Archives Canada.
  4. Include the report (with a scan of the receipt from Library & Archives Canada on its second page) on the CST web-site.
