Email to all co-authors a soft copy of the corresponding document.

Follow-up with the person in charge at UW to get a copy of the actual receipt after it arrives from the Library & Archives Canada.
-
Include the report (with a scan of the receipt from Library & Archives Canada on its second page) on the CST web-site.
